We’re proud to source directly from family farms right here in the Texas Hill Country. These are real people, raising animals and growing food with respect for the land, the animals, and future generations. Regenerative farming doesn’t just avoid harm — it actively restores soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystems.
Unlike mass-market “grass-fed” beef that’s often imported or raised in finishing lots, our meats are truly pasture-raised and local. That means:
