Sourcing Matters
Real food starts long before it reaches your plate.
We don’t believe in cutting corners behind the scenes.
Every ingredient we use is intentionally sourced from farms that prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and real food integrity — because that’s what creates food that actually nourishes.
Our Standards (Non-Negotiables)
Our ingredients come from farms that prioritize pasture raised, regenerative practices — no feedlot confinement, no unnecessary antibiotics or hormones, and species-appropriate diets for the animals we source. We believe produce should be grown with care for the soil, not just maximum yield, because how food is raised directly impacts how it tastes, how it feels in your body, and the kind of food system we’re supporting together.

Raised on a multi-species regenerative farm using rotational mob grazing and nutrient-rich fruit and vegetable pulp from a local juicery, these proteins develop exceptionally robust flavor while supporting resilient pastures and animal well-being.
Raising pasture-finished beef long before regenerative farming had a name, this farm grows nutrient-dense, diverse pastures of grasses, legumes, brassicas, and broadleaves that create exceptionally flavorful beef while building remarkably healthy soil.
Grass-fed and grass-finished on open Texas pasture, these cattle are never confined and produce lean, nutrient-dense beef rich in flavor, omega-3s, antioxidants, and essential vitamins.

Why This Matters
Most “convenient” food is built on efficiency at every cost.
We’ve chosen a different path.
When you choose our burritos, you're choosing:
✔️Ingredients raised with intention
✔️Farmers who care about their land and animals
✔️Food that’s more nutrient-dense and better tasting
✔️A supply chain you can actually feel good about
Because convenience should feel good before, during, and after you eat.

Why are your burritos more expensive than grocery store frozen burritos?
Most frozen burritos are built around inexpensive ingredients and mass production. Ours are made by hand with regenerative and pasture-raised meats, scratch-made grain-free tortillas, real vegetables, and ingredients you'd recognize from your own kitchen. We don't cut corners on sourcing because we don't believe you should have to compromise for convenience.
Why don't your burritos taste exactly the same every time?
We cook with real, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms whenever possible. Just like tomatoes taste sweeter in August than they do in January, natural ingredients change throughout the year.
You can expect the same recipes and the same quality standards, but the flavor of real food naturally varies with the seasons—and we think that's exactly how food should taste.
Is it normal to occasionally find connective tissue?
Our meat comes from small family farms—not large industrial operations. That means every animal is unique, and every cut of meat is, too.
Unlike factory-produced meat that is heavily standardized, occasionally a small piece of connective tissue or cartilage can make its way through processing. It isn't common, but it can happen.
If you ever bite into something that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or another solution that leaves you happy.
We stand behind every burrito we make and are proud to support farmers raising animals with care. Thank you for supporting a stronger, more resilient local food system alongside us.
How do you choose the farms you work with?
We look beyond labels. We partner with farmers who prioritize healthy soil, humane animal care, transparent practices, and food we'd proudly serve at our own family table. We take the time to know where our ingredients come from and who is behind them, so you can feel confident that every bite is made with intention—from the farm all the way to your freezer.
