🍳 BREAKFAST

Crispy Egg Breakfast Taco

Ingredients (per taco):

  • 1 Freedom Wrap

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs

  • 1–2 tbsp shredded cheese

  • 1–2 tbsp salsa

  • Optional: bacon, leftover dinner meat, cilantro, avocado

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet with ghee or oil. Crack in the eggs and let set slightly.

  2. Press a Freedom Wrap on top of the eggs. Let cook 1–2 mins.

  3. Flip the whole thing. Add fillings.

  4. Fold into a taco and serve hot.

🥗 LUNCH

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients (makes 2 wraps):

  • 2 chicken thighs, grilled

  • 1 cup fresh market greens

  • ¼ cup Parmesan (shaved)

  • 2 Freedom Wraps

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup avocado mayo

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • 1 tsp anchovy paste

  • Minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic granules are our go to!)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dressing. Grill and slice chicken.

  2. Warm wraps. Layer greens, chicken, cheese, and desired amount of dressing.

  3. Roll and enjoy warm or chilled.

🍌 SNACK

PB Banana Chocolate Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 1 Freedom Wrap

  • 1 small banana

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • Optional: honey, basil seeds, hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Spread PB on wrap. Add banana and chocolate.

  2. Roll tightly, slice into pinwheels.

  3. Light Oil Mist (Optional):Lightly mist the tops with avocado oil for extra crisp.

  4. Air Fry:

    • Temperature: 350°F (175°C)

    • Time: 5–7 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp

    • Keep an eye on them around minute 5 to avoid overbrowning.

  5. Cool Slightly:Let them rest for 2 minutes—melted peanut butter will be hot :)

  6. Serve fresh and enjoy!

🌮 DINNER

Mexican Lasagna Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb primal ground beef blend

  • ½ red onion, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, beans (optional), jalapeño

  • Chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder

  • 1–2 Freedom Wraps, quartered

  • ½ cup cottage cheese + ½ cup shredded cheese

Toppings:

  • Shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, fresh lime

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef with veggies, seasonings, tomatoes, and beans.

  2. In a baking dish, layer meat, wraps, cheese mixture.

  3. Repeat layers. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 mins.

  4. Top with fresh garnishes and serve.
